For the value I paid, I was impressed with the room at this condo. It was clean, well-equipped, and had a fantastic view from the 29th floor. The location was perfect, with plenty of options for food and shopping nearby. The host, Lilian, was extremely helpful and went above and beyond to ensure my stay was comfortable and hassle-free.
The breakfast menu could use some improvement, maybe by offering a wider variety of options.

Our stay at Llx Apartments At The Base Condo was enjoyable overall. The location is perfect, with plenty of dining options and shopping malls nearby. The property feels secure with key card access. The unit we stayed in was clean and had all the necessary amenities, thanks to the helpful host, Lilian. She went above and beyond to accommodate our needs, even providing us with a new iron when we requested one.
While our stay was pleasant, there were some minor inconveniences. The check-in process for short-term guests could be smoother, with clearer instructions provided in advance.

We loved staying at the Llx Apartments At The Base Condo in Pattaya with our kids! The location was amazing, with plenty of nearby places to eat and two malls within walking distance. The property felt very secure, with controlled access through key cards. The unit itself was clean and had everything we needed. Lilian, the host, was fantastic and went above and beyond to help us. She even bought a new iron for us when we asked for one. it was a great experience for our family.
My wife says that the unit could use a bit more space, but it was still comfortable for our family.

llx apartments at the base condo was the best experience yet in pattaya. the pool was a major highlight, and the location was perfect for eating and exploring. the owner was incredibly helpful and even provided detailed instructions for check-in.

I had a blast at this apartment with its sparkling swimming pool, fully equipped kitchen, and free WiFi.
Oh, and let's not forget the amazing experience of searching for the keys and unlocking a locked safe that couldn't be opened. Such fun!
